Pacific Justin Time - Height: 31.00 inches  (Perm.)
Black Frame Overo Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Foaled 7/18/2000. AMHA # 115433.
Sold to: Rick and Becky Ferguson, Biggsville, IL.

Justin resembles an exquisite thoroughbred horse in miniature.  His dam is an exceptional black frame sabino pinto mare, Van Los Angel in Calico, bred by Lois Myler. Justin's sire is Sugar Creek Bolero, a black tobiano pinto, who was bred by Lynda Marzac. Bolero was our herd sire for many years. Justin has the refinement, movement, and temperament we are breeding for. He has been tested at U.C. Davis and carries the frame  (LWO) gene that is associated with the sought after frame overos. We believe he also carries a sabino gene, though he does not carry the SB1 gene. His unusual starfish-shaped belly markings are pictured below. In addition to the frame (LWO) gene,  he has thrown pinto markings to his foals that we are unable to test for at this time. He appears bay in the photo taken at the beach in the early morning sunrise, however he is actually a dark black coloration, as can be seen in these additional photos.

Justin has consistently downsized, and refined his foals. We have retained several of his offspring including a stallion that is now producing for us, Pacific Mad Hatter.

Sire: Sugar Creek Bolero
Dam: Van Los Angel in Calico

Knollac Buckin Rhythms Top Cat 30.50 inches (4/07)
Mahogany Bay Sabino Overo Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Foaled 7/6/03
AMHA # 145765 / AMHR 238321 T
Sold to: Rick and Becky Ferguson, Biggsville, IL.

Top Cat joined our stallion herd in September of 2004. He was bred by Bev Thawley of Knollac Farms, in Delaware. Top Cat was tested at the University of Kentucky and found to be a heterozygous Sabino Pinto. He was tested at UC Davis and is negative for the frame (LWO) gene, and is Homozygous for Bay (he will always pass a bay gene to his offspring). He has tested Negative for the Silver Gene. His beautiful refined body, and exotic pinto pattern, are matched by an impressive pedigree which includes Boones Little Buckaroo, Gold Melody Boy, and Flying W Farms horses. Top Cat is a half brother to our stallion Magic Mans Color Prints, which both share the same dam TNTS Angel Baby.

We have been pleased by the foal crops Top Cat has produced. His foals are refined, with a short muzzle, and he has thrown his beautiful Sabino Overo Pinto pattern. He has also passed on the black eyeliner to his foals, which we love. Top Cat has consistently downsized his foals and has been a welcomed addition to our breeding line up. Sabinos add that touch of dazzle to a color breeding program. They are an ideal match for a frame overo program and also add pizzazz to a tobiano program. Top Cat is a half brother to another of our stallions, so to further diversify our gene pool we have sold him. We have retained one of his colts, Pacific Masquerade, for future breeding.

Sire: Cascades Top Cats Rhythm N Blues
Dam: T N TS Angel Baby

Pacific Black Magic 34 inches (12/07)
Jet Black Stallion. Homozygous for Black. Foaled 6/21/05. AMHA # A 162301.
Black Magic has been sold, however we will be having some of his foals in the summer of 2008.

Magic has received great qualities from both his sire and dam. He looks like an Arabian horse in miniature with a high, elegant, archy neck, a smooth body, very fine bone, and a floating trot. Black Magic also has a wonderful temperament to go along with his great looks. This stallion is a jet (non-fading) black, that has been tested homozygous for black (he cannot have a red foal no matter what mare he is bred to). His dam is a half brother to Winners Circle Adonis. They both share the same sire, Martins Dealers Choice. His Sire is from the LTD and Sample lines. Black Magic has sired some of our 2008 foals.

Sire: Magic Man's Color Prints
Dam: Winners Circle Kharisma
